New Equipment Installation – CNC Multitasking Lathe, Yamazaki Mazak INTEGREX j-300

We are pleased to announce the successful installation of the Yamazaki Mazak CNC multitasking lathe, INTEGREX j-300.

This machine is capable of handling complex and highly precise components, such as large bolts, long shafts, and large flanges used in machine tools—products that represent our core expertise.

Equipped with an optional coolant temperature control system, it minimizes dimensional variation caused by thermal displacement, enabling high-precision manufacturing without relying solely on the operator’s intuition.

Going forward, we position this equipment as a key production asset for the next generation, aiming to shorten delivery times and further enhance product quality for our customers.
